    ~ Timberline products are manufactured from southern yellow pine, which is the hardest of all pine species. ~ Before going through the manufacturing process all lumber is kiln dried to a moisture level of not more than 8%. ~ The milling process ensures a smooth surface to administer the stain. ~ All Casual Crate Furniture pieces are framed for added support. All tops and sides are glued. ~ Drawers are solid pine sides with a newsprint base on masonite. Drawers operate by siding on a dual internal frame. There is no drawer stop. ~ Bunk beds meet all U.S. government standards and all have safety cords to support the Bunkie board.


    Maintenance
    Timberline Crate Style Furniture products are stained. Keeping the wood products dry ensures the integrity of the wood. Scarring of the wood and finish can be repaired. Use fine sandpaper to clean and smooth the surface of the wood. Stain can be purchased at a hardware or paint store. A close match will be easily made. Follow directions for applying the stain.


    Warranty Timberline Crate Furniture products are warranted for one year from the date of purchase by the consumer. This warranty is for the consumers protection and applies to warping, season splits and defects that may be created by the manufacturing process.
