These hides are extremely durable, and are guaranteed to provide years of service under normal use, and require no more care than ordinary carpets or wall hangings. Periodic vacuuming and an occasional brushing will keep their natural beauty fresh and appealing. Use a damp sponge to wipe up spills.


Because each hide is a natural product, each individual hair-on steerhide may vary slightly in color, size, texture and range-markings, (including brands). These are the natural and unique characteristics that add beauty and interest to each hide. The average size of the natural steerhides will range between 37 and 43 square feet (roughly 6 x 6 to 6 x 7 feet). The size of the hand silk-screened jungle steerhides is approximately 32 square feet (roughly 5 x 6 feet).
It should be noted that these quality hides are environmentally sound and in no way contribute to the endangerment of wild animals, but rather are the by-products of the consumer beef industry.
